The Supreme Court dissolved the Pakistan medical and dental council

Islamabad: Supreme Court rejected the appeal of Pakistan medical and dental council (PMDC) dissolved the council.  The Supreme Court’s three-member bench, headed by Chief Justice Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar, heard the PMDC case. During the hearing, , the Supreme Court passed an appeal filed by PMDC Advisor Sardar Latif Khosa, while the PMDC lawyer rejected the appeal for the Council to work. Supreme Court ordered to dissolve Pakistan Medical and Dental Council. On the other hand, the Supreme Court ordered the formation of the interim committee, which will be headed by Justice Retired Shakirullah Jan.
