According to the Navy, Admiral Mohammad Zakaullah was given the King Abdul Aziz Medal of Excellence ceremony last month in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. According to the spokesperson, Navy Chief awarded the award by Chief Saudi Air Force Abdul Rahman Bin Saleh.
