Islamabad: Appeal filed against the nominated Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi in Supreme Court. In which it has been said that an order issued to nominee Shahid khaqan as an interim Prime Minister. A petition has filed in Supreme Court to nominate the Shahid khaqan abbasi as a PM, in which it has said that Nawaz sharif is not eligible for parliamentary and party politics. So he has not right to appoint the Shahid khaqan abbasi as a new PM. It is also said in to the petition that a LNG case is filed in NAB against the national finance damaged. Already LNG case is filed against the Shahid khaqan abbasi. Further it is said in to petition that shahid khaqan abbasi and other members name which is involve in case of LNG scandal should be involved in the ELC list.
