American court convicted the punishment to executive president of Axact Company in the fake degree case. In May 2015, fake degree scandal was disclosed. After that axact company offices was closed and many degrees were also seized from the offices. Many executives and employees including the CEO of the executive in the fake degree scandal were also arrested, however umair hamid was remain out of the reach of law. In 2016 Umair hamid opened the bank account to save the money which he collected out of the fake degrees. Axact vice president acknowledged the crime in the American court. The American court said fake degrees were given to the people after receiving the fees from the people.
