The Election Reforms Act 2017 has been challenged in Lahore High Court. Appeal Ishtiaq Chaudhary Advocate on behalf of the public has filed a constitutional petition in Lahore High Court. The applicant has adopted the standpoint of the court that the new constitution of amendment in election reforms is the constitution and its spirit, Electoral reforms should not include the element of misconduct, electoral reforms are being done only for a former head of the party, so it should be rejected.
