Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif has filed an application in the Islamabad High Court to put the name in ECL. According to details, Hassan Nawaz, Hussain Nawaz, Maryam Nawaz, Ishaq Dar and Captain (R) Safdar were also formed in the application. The petitioner stressed that in the light of the decision of the Panama case, the Supreme Court ordered the reference to the Sharif family. It is possible that the parties leave abroad. The petitioner requested that the FIA, immigration authorities and secretary interior should be issued orders to put the names in the Exit Control List.
