The Islamabad High Court on Friday upheld the Election Commission of Pakistan ECP’s decision of disqualifying member Provincial Assembly MPA Shaukat Aziz Bhatti of PML-N. The court has filed the request expunge. Islamabad High Court heard the decision on the disqualified case of N League MPA Shaukat Aziz Bhatti on Friday. The decision of disqualification was maintained by the Election Commission. Approval filed in court adjourned. The ECP on June 20 had disqualified Shaukat Bhatti on the charges of fake degree. He appealed to the High Court against the decision which was rejected. Shaukat Bhatti was elected the MPA on the N-League ticket from PP-4 Rawalpindi.
