ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission has rejected the petition regarding Imran Khan’s plea in the contempt court and issue him the show case notice. 5 Members commission is headed by the chief election commissioner Sardar Raza hearing the contempt case against the Imran khan. Election commission gave the verdict that election commission has the power to take the action against the contempt of court. The Election Commission issued the showcase notice to Imran khan more over the hearing will be postponed till august 23. It is clear that at this time it was said that high court and Supreme Court has the right to take the action.
