LAHORE: The Lahore High Court dismissed the petition for disqualification of Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif and said that the petitioner should refer to the Election Commission for disqualification of the Member Assembly, The court heard a safe decision on filed petition for the disqualification of the PTI Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif and dismissed the application as an incredible hearing. The application was filed by the chairman of the Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan. Earlier, PTI’s lawyer Babar Awan argued that Shahbaz Sharif served as Chief Minister and he was also involved in his business as well. Apart from this he gave Rs 6 billion gift to Nawaz Sharif, and used influence for family sugar mills, Shahbaz Sharif did not show up to $ 34 million assets due to which he was missing the license to stay in the JIT report. Babar Awan said public office and business could not work together, Chief Minister violated the constitution, Babar Awan further added that the Chief Minister did not mention a mini trail of Rs 6 billion in his statement, so he should be ordered to remove the post.
