Peshawar: MD Bank of Khyber Shams Abdul Qayyum challenged his dismissal in High Court. Last week the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government dismissed Khyber bank’s MD Shams Abdul Qayyum and his dismissal notice was continuing. According to the Geo news Shams has challenged his dismissal in Peshawar high court. Foreign minister, chief sectary and finance minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been made in the application filed by Shams Abdul Qayyum, while the dismissal in the application has been declared illegal. It is clear that MD Khyber bank has published the advertisement in to newspaper against the finance Minister, which was accused of treating corruption and accusation on the Finance Minister.
