According to security concerns in the 8th Muharram ul Haram, mobile phone service has been suspended in different cities including Karachi, Sukkur and Sialkot. According to “Express News”, the Sindh government has suspended the mobile phone service, due to which people face severe problems. The traditional routes of the pilgrims of Muharram-ul-Haram have also been sealed, the MA Jinnah Road and its adjoining streets have also been closed. On the other hand, the ban on bike riding has also been applied from today on wards, this ban will remain up to 10 Muharram-ul-Haram, but law enforcement agencies, women and children under 12 years old and journalists will be exempt from it. On the other hand, mobile phone service has been suspended in Sukkur while mobile phone service has started to be closed in Sialkot’s main city of Punjab.
