Singapore: Pakistan’s Sanaiha Ghafoor won 57 kg of gold in the weight category while Thonkall Sohail won the gold medal in 70 kg. According to Express News, sanaiha ghafoor won the 4 gold medal. Sanaiha won the gold medal in equal weight. Pakistan weight lifter lift the 115 , 110 in dead lift while overall weight lift the 280 kg weight. It is clear that 4 women and 3 men are representing Pakistan in the competition in Singapore.
