Petition submit in to Supreme Court for the disqualification of the Prime Minister

ISLAMABAD: A constitutional petition filed against disqualification of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in Supreme Court. According to Express News, mehmood akhtar naqvi has submitting the constitutional petition in to the Supreme Court for the disqualification of the Prime Minister.  The Election Commission, Secretary Finance, Chairman NAB, Governmental Bank, Chairman National Bank, Nawaz Sharif’s children, Captain Safdar, Ishaq Dar, Tariq Shafi name was also include in the list. According to petition Nawaz sharif was found illegally use of rights in the JIT report. He gave the benefit of Public positions to his children. He gets the financial advantage during his regime. He has transferred the assets to his children name. According to report information about all the assets are existed in to the report. Nawaz sharif and his children assets were found more than their income. Captain safdar and ishaq dar also increased the wealth illegally. Sharif family submitted the false and criminal documents to the Supreme Court. Court has disqualified to 9 MNAs on providing the false information. Applicant want that PM will disqualified due to providing the false information.
