The PML-N has agreed on the name of Shahid Khaqan Abbasi for the interim prime minister, after which his name was approved. According to media reports, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif got an informal consultation meeting chaired by Nawaz Sharif, which agreed that Shahid Khaqan Abbasi would be the Prime Minister for 45 days, after which he would make Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif permanently. Shahid Khaqan Abbasi’s name will be ratified in the meeting of parliamentary party today evening after the unanimous meeting.
