Shahid Khaqan Abbasi’s nomination for interim PM challenged in court

Pakistan Muslim League-N’s nominated candidate for prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has been challenged in the nomination court. According to details, the application has been filed against Shahid Khaqan Abbasi’s nomination in the Supreme Court Registry. The application was filed by the Lahore resident Syed Mahmood Akhtar Naqvi. The petitioner has stressed in the petition that Shahid Khaqan is the owner of the Aircraft and a businessman, while there is cases against him in NAB and FIA. The nomination of the person involved in the case is illegal, so their nomination should be rejected.
