Lahore High Court dismisses petition against PML-N for taking part in election in its name. While Chief Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah has remarked that the absence of a person can not ban the whole party, the political party does not mean a person. In which the petitioner approached, after the disqualification of Nawaz Sharif, the N League’s election commission ended itself in the election. The court rejected the petition filed by the PML-N to prevent the election from being declared as an incredible hearing.
