The UK’s corona virus vaccine has been declared 99% effective. According to a recent study, the Oxford University Corona virus vaccine is safe to use and helps boost immunity, while the vaccine has been shown to be effective in 99% of people. Scientists working on the project released the results of an initial trial this morning, saying the vaccine helped boost immunity in 99 percent of people.
The second phase of the study tested 560 people, mostly white and British nationals, and found that the vaccine had almost the same effect on all people.
The study added that the vaccine could also be used for people under the age of 55. The vaccine, developed by Oxford, was reported to be effective at a time when two US companies, Pfizer and Modrina, are also developing the vaccine, which is claimed to be 95% effective.
